Our Process

The project manager oversees the workflow of every request and allocates the resources based on the type of document received. He confirms the details such as turnaround time and cost, and makes sure that all deliverables are met.

Depending on the number and the size of the documents submitted, one or more translators will be assigned to your project. The work will be supervised by an editor responsible for quality control and the accuracy of the terminology.

The project manager will deliver the files according to the initial request, then will follow up with you to ensure your entire satisfaction.
